Conference Proceedings

The Conference Proceedings will include all contributed papers and will be published on a CD-ROM with an accompanying printed volume of abstracts. The Proceedings will be provided to all registered delegates at the Conference at no cost. Additional copies will be available to purchase on-site at a cost of $150 each.
