Mr. Joe Solomon Solomon is the founder of Specialty Construction Products Ltd. and a recognized expert in concrete technologies and products. For nearly four decades he has played a key role in the research and application of new and innovative concrete restoration processes, including the publication of research papers, participation in regional and international associations and the addressing of major organizations around the world. Mr. Solomon is a long-standing member of the American Concrete Institute (ACI), International Concrete Repairs Institute (ICRI) and National Association of Concrete Engineers (NACE). He is past president of ICRI and serves on five ACI committees -- #444 Composites, #503 Polymer Adhesives, #548 Polymers in Concrete, #546 Concret Repairs and #552 Geotechnical Grouting.
