Mr. Walter Saltzberg is a graduate of the University of Manitoba Department of Civil Engineering.  During his career he has been Director of Bridges and Structures Highway for the Manitoba Department of Highways, and various other assignments including Acting Assistant Deputy Minister. He is Past President of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Manitoba, and a recipient of many awards from the Association of Engineers of Manitoba and the Canadian Council of Professional Engineers.  Currently, Mr. Saltzberg is Technical Consultant and International Liaison Officer with the ISIS Canada Research Network, as well as an Engineer in Residence with the rank of Associate Professor at the University of Manitoba.
